This hotel is beautiful. It’s confusing when you first walk in but a security guard can direct you. The bar was nice and the piano music is so relaxing.

The hotel was very nice and historic. The rooms could be updated though. But I would definitely stay there again. Lots of history. If you are into haunted hotels you have to stay there. Folks on you tube definitely were right. I smelled a fainted smell of cigars. Even though no one was smoking. Also my wife heard at night the laughter of a woman or girl in the room. No one except my wife and son were there. The staff at the restaurants was extremely friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner there. Dinner was excellent as well. Again if I would be the owner I would restore the lobby and ballrooms to their old glamour and update the rooms to today’s standards.

The staff and food quality….perfect. The hotel is spectacular! I spent time just looking at the decorations and the architecture. The room could use a little update but was clean and comfortable.

The room was beautiful. The staff was super helpful & courteous. The bell hops were great. Stayed there to have a Hot Brown at restaurant. Great experience & so good. Had some trouble getting hot water for shower before bed but no trouble in morning. All worked out fine.

Got a Black Friday deal and everything was great. It's an old room that could use some more power outlets so i highly recommend bringing an extension cord. Was surprised with complimentary Sunday brunch for 2 with my reservation. The brunch at J. Graham's is expensive (39.99) but highly recommended. Will definitely stay again.
