Escape to this picturesque home situated on the edge of the Timucuan Ecological & Historic Preserve. This one-acre property features private access to four miles of hiking trails across 600 acres of preserve land within the Spanish Pond area, and the Fort Caroline National Memorial. The Rebault Monument is just steps away with a view that stretches to the Georgia state line. Located atop St Johns Bluff, you'll drive by Jacksonville's most impressive mansions on your way to the area's best beach, less than 15 minutes away. You're just 10 minutes to the Mayport Village Ferry, which takes you north towards Little Talbot Island State Park and Fernandina Beach. Downtown Jacksonville is an easy 15 minute drive. There's a park for the kids just a three minute drive away, and it includes a skate park. There are several golf courses in the area, and a boat launch nearby.

The home features a comfy wrap-around porch, large functional kitchen, open floor plan, and 3 available bedrooms including a king master, a queen bedroom, and a 3rd bedroom with a full bed, desk and comfy chair.
