The hotel was the worst one i’ve stayed at. Construction was occurring that we weren’t informed about, a man on a machine lift was outside my window looking in. There were dogs barking at all hours of the day and night. There was a long banging noise outside that lasted all night. The rooms and elevators smelled musty and the smell stuck to clothes. Our bathroom fan would make a loud scraping noise when it was turned off, keeping us ip at night. The fridge made a weird knocking sound. The hotel staff were not very kind, and the disappointment started right as I walked through the door, waiting for 4 minutes to check in at the front desk for someone to attend to me while they were gossiping/laughing in the back. I have videos to prove these noises, I will try to post them.

I would like to first express what this location is at least doing right .The front desk staff were very friendly .After checking in the power went out in the whole building do to power outage and was advise they do not have a generator this is problematic as I have a medical device. The power was restored within 2 hours.However Tv was out for duration of night .It was very noisy all night. Then there were roaches the room had not been cleaned well at all. The hotel overall had a foul smell.Unfortunatly due to Hotel.com policy I was not able to cancel without penalty . There wasn't even a hairdryer ,not fork or spoon ,paper towel in kitchen only bugs.My car was also hit with pressure was chemicals while building was being pressure wash. I would not be staying here again. I grievance were not addressed as I was advised they were currently busy and matter out of their hands.
