First floor consists of two living room spaces, dining room, laundry room, one bathroom and a kitchen with granite countertops, subway style backsplash. The appliances consist of a full-size french door refrigerator with water dispenser and icemaker, electric glass-top range, microwave and dishwasher. Downstairs also includes a full-size bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub.

All four bedrooms are located upstairs with additional full-size bathroom with separate vanities and shower/tub.

Includes a fully fenced in yard for Fido.
