We really enjoyed the decor and character of the Hotel. The staff were friendly helpful and professional. I would definitely stay here again. The restaurant on the rooftop was beautiful. The food was amazing. Breakfast wasalso delightful.

Very nice hotel, location very good, roof top breakfast restaurant superb, amazing views. We were there for the Guns'n'Roses concert at the Besiktas stadium, literally a few minutes walk, and also only 15 mins or so walk to Taksim, Beyoglu etc. Staff very efficient, polite, attentive, welcoming, professional. Will definitely use this hotel every time we go to Istanbul.

Outstanding staff service from the restaurant to the main entrance passing through the house keeping and the check in out counter: this made the difference. Moreover, the hotel is taking care of two extremely clean, safe and friendly dogs which we have really appreciated! One thing: the breakfast could have been better in terms of variety for such hotel class.

Awesome hotel with great location calm and quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle of istanbul, clean and comfy rooms this is one of the best hotels ever for price to quality. Do not hesitate and book it if it caught ur eye

An Exceptional Breakfast Experience at The Artisan! We had the pleasure of staying at The Artisan with family, and breakfast became a highlight of our trip thanks to the incredible service provided by Mert, Seyit, Murat, and Fuat. They went above and beyond to take care of us, ensuring we were well-fed with a delightful variety of dishes. Their warm smiles, humility, and attentive care made us feel truly special and well looked after. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and it left a lasting impression on us.
