The hotel was perfect for our needs. Well located with very friendly and willing staff. We had a generous breakfast included, so we took this on the rooftop, enjoying the incredible views. Mixed review for this place - Pros: fantastic location, wonderful staff, and amazing views. Cons: hvac system for building can only be set to cold or hot so they go with the setting which the most guest are not complaining about in the shoulder season. If you open windows you are attached by so many mosquitoes you will be miserable. Noise level was off the charts all night long with hotel and restaurant staff and guests slamming doors that were not equipped with working pneumatic fixtures - not just loud, but also shook the walls of the rooms. Luxury rooms abut bathrooms and you have to squeeze thru lines of visitors to get into hallway to your room. When windows open street noise at crazy levels all thru night, when windows closed strong smell of sewage permeates the rooms.

This is my favorite place to stay at when visiting Istanbul. I had stayed many times here before and always remain happy with service, room cleanliness, staff etiquette, airport transfer. The restaurant on the rooftop has the best views to Ayasofi and Blue Mosque, the food is great. If I'm coming back, I'm definitely staying here again!

Hotel was Great! Close to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Shops/restaurants everywhere the only thing I dint like was that when I was leaving they were trying to charged me a few drinks I took from the mini fridge inside my room . They never said they were free or they will charge you if you consume them. To ensure you have free drinks, you can ask the hotel to remove all items from the mini fridge and then stock it with your own beverages.
