Room is clean, new, but the toilet floor didn't drain water fast, and missed the spa due to not clear process of bookings and the staff did not stay at the SPA every time i call or go in person. I think the issue is the reception staff didn't know or had no coordination with the SPA staff.

Very clean rooms and facilities. Good breakfast. The family suite was a perfect size with a good amount of space. Very good location near shopping and restaurants. Despite being a very nice looking hotel near many other locally-run hotels, it is located on a street that is NOT nice looking (many car maintenance and other repair shops).

This hotel was amazing. Great location walkable to Taksim, Nisantasi, Cihangir and so much of the great stuff of the european side, half a block from the Osmanbey metro for anything else. Easy metro access to the airport. The staff was amazing, the breakfast buffet was great and the spa access was a perfect way to bounce back from a night out on the town, highly recommended

The property & staff were excellent. It was a little bit further from the airport than I anticipated, however, that was my fault for not checking beforehand. The staff & the hotel itself was very good.There was a lot of construction going on out on the main road but that's nothing to do with the hotel & beyond their control.

Very limited Breakfast, and not fresh. Service very poor, my room had problem in electricity and informed the front desk about it from the Morning, no one came till the end of the day to fix it. As well as my booking for deluxe room and it was very small room! I do not recommend it for at all.

Very disappointed with my stay. The night shift staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was extremely small, had an unpleasant odor, and was very cold. I called for assistance with the heating, but no one came for over an hour. When someone finally responded, they said they couldn’t help and offered me an extra blanket that was never delivered. I will not be staying here again.

No shower gel in the dispenser in the bathroom, I asked twice for it to be refilled but this never happened. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were very friendly.
