Satisfactory, clean average place .

Very basic but clean room. Wifi access was very poor in the room. Staff was helpful in providing information. Location was great as it was 10 mins walk from Grand bazar in Beyazeid area, but had an inclined route halfway which might not be suitable for all. A grocery shop was across the hotel that was very useful for picking water n snacks. Generally i was satisfied with the stay.

It's okay for a place to sleep - not much more

I only needed a pace to sleep one night - so clean, quiet and a bathroom were my only requirements. Clean - eh, mostly nothing amazing. However the toilet seat wasn't connected to the toilet (quite annoying and staff wasn't around to fix). Additionally, the panelling on the walls were coming off. Quiet - the walls and ceiling were thin so you can hear quite a lot around you. I heard the person across the hall snoring. and the kitchen upstairs moving chairs and such. Bathroom - was ok. Granted, the seat wasn't connected. The shower water didn't get very warm and it didn't drain well at all. By the end of my quick shower I was standing in 2 inches of water. It was OK at best but I wouldn't recommend to a friend or bring my family there. The staff was very nice when I found them.

Lohnt sich das Geld nicht

Es mangelte an allen Ecken Abends war ständig eine Maschine an dessen Geräusch störte Die Wände sind hellhörig so das man alle Zimmer Nachbar sehr gut hört und keine Privatsphäre hat Dir Fenster waren immer zu zu da das Nachbar Gebäude sehr nah liegt und die immer rein sehen konnten Die Sauberkeit war unter aller Sau unter dem Bett war es immer dreckig nie sauber gemacht genau wie die Toilette Mein Fazit ist nie wieder und empfehle ich niemanden lieber paar Euros mehr dafür ein schönen Urlaub

Dreckiges Hotel mit unfreundlichem Personal

Das Hotel war eine Katastrophe! Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Fenster, es war dreckig und die ganze Nacht hindurch lief der Abzug, der uns nicht schlafen ließ. Dazu war es sehr kalt, weshalb ich an der Rezeption nach einer zusätzlichen Decke fragte. Dort meinte man, sie hätten keine mehr, immerhin haben wir ein Economy-Zimmer gebucht, da gebe es keine Extras! Ich habe am nächsten Tag ein anderes Hotel genommen, da die Situation für mich unerträglich war! So hatte ich doppelte Kosten für das Hotel zu tragen, denn mein Geld bekam ich nicht zurück!

Wir hätten Eco gebucht und uns hätte man ein Zimmer im keller gegeben, ohne Fenster! Wir mussten Aufpreis bezahlen um überhaupt ein Zimmer mit Fenster zu bekommen. Das Zimmer war schmutzig bis zum geht nicht mehr undbim bad waren Haare. Wer auf Schimmel, Dreck und Haare steht, wird sich hier wohl fühlen.

Charmant sejour exellent

Un enorme merci a tout le personel de Santa sophia hotel qui sont d un professionalisme ,d une grande gentilles,toujours a l ecoute et pret de faire le maximun pour rendre le sejour agreable .
