Amazing experience

I had an amazing experience from the time I entered to exit. I was greeted by Amir at reception and he made my whole experience beautiful. Whatever I was in need of he helped me as I was at home. I lost my suitcase lock key and he sorted it out for me, rolled it to a shop which was 20 min away. I know no one else would have done it. Rooms were cleaned and breakfast provided was great.

Es gab nur einen hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Ansonsten war die Lage grausam,es hat Ć¼berall geschimmelt, die Decken waren dreckig, man konnte sehr schlecht schlafen weil es so unglaublich laut war. Die Zimmer wurden von einem Tag auf den anderen gewechselt. Und der Flur hat sehr schlimm gerochen. Nie wieder.
