Hard pass if you're looking for a smoke free environment. Entry doors are kept wide open and staff stand in them smoking 24/7. Obviously, it infiltrates the entire place. Definitely not a customer service oriented facility.

The stay is ok. Just that the air conditioning seems to have some issue. It blows out hot air instead of cool air. Also, tv screen is distorted. We call the reception to fix it. The tv was fixed but not the air conditioning. They told us outside is cold, therefore it is hot air. But we wanted the room to be cooling not sunna. After some try to communicate with them, they managed to have cool air for us. It seems the air conditioning is centralised control.

No sleep

The stay was ok, the hotel is very central to the city and u can come around easily. The bed was not very comfortable at all unfortunately. I’m pregnant and did not get a good night sleep. At night they have live music at the hotel so if u can’t sleep with background noise before midnight u should not stay here. The spa was mediocre.
