Well, at first you have to reach out in advance and let them know when you'll arrive, otherwise you won't be able to enter. Also, you have to deal with the poor English in communication. Third, no staff is available on the property, so in case you need anything, you have to call the poor to no English-speaking guy, adding more pain to the whole thing. One night, a guest arrived at 1 am and kept ringing the bell hysterically; I woke up and connected him with the admin -who was surprisingly awake and handled it quickly. Despite the challenges, the staff were responsive and very helpful. The location is really quiet compared to other better locations surrounded by supper noisy bars that don't turn down the music until early morning.

The pictures on the website give u the impression that it’s a spacious, well light, newly renovated property, however once u enter the building is dark with little to no natural light. Windows dirty and covered. Rooms are small, need of painting, bathrooms are in need of upgrading (shower cubicle was broken, shower was broken, tiles were moldy, etc). Air conditioning was non exsistant. Hardly any kitchen Utensils. The manager (Amet) was excellent in trying to accommodate us but he can only do with what was there.

Always a pleasure to stay at Ada homes hotel. It is situated in a perfect area, walking distance from everything, clean, great size room, and the staff is very friendly and available when required. Hands down 10/10!

Nice location but old building, there is a smell of drain, towels are yellow stained and dirty, sheets are dirty, sink is rusty, there has not been a detailed cleaning for a long time. Anyone who makes a reservation based on the photos will be disappointed.

Worst hotel in my life!!!

Terrible, dirty hotel! Does not match photos. The room was not cleaned, and towels were not changed for 5 days. Water poured from the ceiling directly onto the bed, soaked the linen and mattress. The water dripped for another 3 or 4 days. The owner didn't do anything, just gave a bucket so that the water would flow into it and not on me when I sleep on a wet bed. Hotels.com support said the owner should move me to the anather room, but he didn't. Just stopped responding to my messages.

Booked this hotel, the address was very hard to find. Their maps on the page was inaccurate and phone number was incorrect. When arrived there the door was closed and keep ringing their door bell and stayed at door for an hour. Finally i have to book another hotel.

Disgusting Room

What a disgusting place this is, I was put in the basement studio room and it was filthy, thick grease in the cupboards, dirty floors, plug sockets hanging out the walls, bare electrics on light switches. This place needs shutting down. I left ss soon as i could the next morning, i wish i had checked the reviews before booking. Difficult to get hold of the owner after eventually finding the place. Another resident let me in and rang them.

ALMOST A COMPLETE DISASTER!

If it wasn't for Ahmad's cooperation our stay would have been a complete disaster. 1) When we reached Ada homes, we were given a wrong room 2) No one responded/attended to this problem inspite of multiple calls/messages. It was only when we met Ahmad at Ada Homes that he helped us change the hotel to Liva Suite. He was really helpful. Cleanliness and repair work needs to be improved

Please avoid this filthy, dangerous accommodation. TV, safe, toilet, bedside light, bathroom light all broken. Shower and kitchen very disgusting state of repair, stained sheets, dirty floor, someone else's underwear in the kitchen area, it simply had not been cleaned or maintained at all. I tried to call but no answer. No staff on site so I contacted hotels.com who said they got hold of manager who would sort it, but they did not contact me or visit. Totally ignored me. Disgraceful accom and service.
