Pro- The man when I arrived early in the morning found a room for me and let me have early check in Cons- The room is not clean. Wallpaper coming off the walls, stains and pen marks on the walls, the phone beside the bed had dirt all round the buttons, every towel I got was ripped and had a hole and there was a stain on the bed I didnā€™t notice until I went to check out (luckily I didnā€™t sleep on that side of the bed)

Amazing location and VERY friendly stuff! Close to the hotel there are subway, train, a lot of sightseeing, Bosphor bay, Bazaar. Across the street there is the nice cafe, with loyal prices and tasty food. You save your time and money. The stuff is open to help in all your questions and concerns. If you book transferee from hotel, you may relax and do not care about luggage or road. And the silence in the hotel is very good, we stayed 6 days and did not hear neighbours. And also you get the traditional breakfast in the morning. Great cost for great service!

This hotel has the best staff, they are extremely friendly and accommodating and they honestly made our stay so much better. The hotel itself is pretty old, it is a bit run down with tape holding up parts of the wall and ceilings. With that said, the hotel itself is cleaned very well so the aesthetics of the hotel are not as disappointing, but still very visible. Thereā€™s unfortunately no hot water during the daytime and sometimes when we would turn on the facet, the water would come out black or orange before changing back to clear in about 20 seconds. The walls of the hotel rooms seem to be paper thin, there is almost no audio privacy once youā€™re in your room and you definitely can hear everything going on outside your four walls. There is also a hotel cat that lives in the lobby. Itā€™s always walking around the lobby area or in its play area but if youā€™re allergic to cats, this is definitely not the place for you. The breakfast spread was very nice with lots of options in the morning and plenty of coffee and tea. The hotel is in one of the best locations in terms of walkability, itā€™s near all the gems of the city and very close to some of the best restaurants.
