Our stay was absolutely wonderful, although both rooms for our family had some very "heavy-footed" people above us on the fifth floor. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. We were there for a funeral and not familiar with the area, and they helped us with dry cleaning sites, restaurants and florists!

Beautiful hotel! Staff are so sweet. Easy check in and check out. I loved the West Elm furnishings. I am going to purchase the sofa sleeper couch now. It was so comfortable and classy. We loved our stay, but not fond of the bathroom right at the foot of the bed. Other than that, it’s a 10!
