HOUSE RULES:
Before booking we ask that you review and acknowledge the following house rules:
1. Be respectful of our neighbours.
2. Quiet hours are between the hours of 10pm and 8am
3. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on and to run the jets for 20 minutes and leave the lid open for 45 minutes. Please make sure that you remember to close the lid as no one wants a cold hot tub. We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a drink in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance or requires us to drain and refill the water there will be an additional charge of $400.00
4. There is no smoking permitted on the property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be billed to the guest.
6. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.
