There is nothing that stands out either good or bad. Just very mediocre. The neighbors were incredibly noisy, that's not the fault of hotel but made for long nights. The breakfast was very average same thing both days. Kitchen staff seemed disgruntled. Ran out of conditioner asked for one for the housekeeping staff. Was told to go to front desk. Ice machine was being worked on. Ice machine being repaired. Worked but the guy was super bothered by my presence even.

overnight stay in Indianapolis

I don't typically write negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience to help others make informed decisions about this hotel. It seems like the property may be undergoing renovations, as there are several areas that could use improvement. During my stay in a room on the second floor, I noticed that cleanliness was an issue. For instance, when I dropped something on the floor, I found a considerable amount of dust and debris near the beds and under the air conditioning unit, which suggests it may not have been thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, the HVAC vents could benefit from a deep clean. The lighting in the room was also less than ideal, featuring a harsh blue-white hue that made the space feel uninviting. A warmer color temperature for the bulbs would create a much cozier atmosphere. Moreover, the furniture appears quite dated and has clearly seen better days. It might be worth considering an update to enhance the overall aesthetic and comfort of the rooms. While my experience wasn't what I had hoped for, I believe there’s potential for this hotel to improve. There are likely other accommodations in the area that offer better value for a similar price. I wish the management all the best in their efforts to enhance the guest experience.

The front staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and accommodating. The only thing I need to point out is it looked like previously, someone had to pry open the door where the security bolt latches from the door frame to the door. Because of this, the door catches, staying ajar when it should close. Recommend taking a look at this. Otherwise, my stay was great.
