Set on two peaceful acres in historic Traders Point, this spacious retreat blends country charm with modern comforts. Surrounded by rolling horse farms and cornfields, the property feels worlds away yet sits just minutes from dining, shopping, and attractions in Zionsville and Indianapolis. Whether you’re gathering for a family reunion, celebrating a special occasion, or simply looking for a quiet getaway, the home offers room to relax, recharge, and connect.

Outdoor living
The highlight of the property is its resort-style backyard. From May through October, enjoy a heated 16x34-foot saltwater pool with a keyed safety cover, open daily between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. A brand new hot tub, also available during those hours, invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. A fenced patio creates a private space for lounging, dining, or grilling meals, while the fire pit just beyond the fence is perfect for gathering under the stars. Adirondack chairs on the front lawn provide a quiet spot to sip coffee and watch for deer in the mornings, and two tree swings keeps younger guests entertained.

Indoor comforts
Inside, the home features two comfortable living spaces - one a cozy main living room and the other a spacious game room with a foosball table and smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample cookware, and a coffee station with drip, Keurig, and grinder options, making it easy to prepare meals for groups. A large dining table offers plenty of room to share them together.

Upstairs, three bedrooms provide restful retreats, each with plush memory foam mattresses, room-darkening curtains, sound machines, and soft cotton linens. Two rooms feature king beds, and one offers two queen beds. The primary suite stands out with its two walk-in closets and oversized shower with a rainfall feature. A queen sofa bed, bunk bed and trundle bed in the game room, bringing the total capacity to fifteen guests.

Family-friendly touches
Families will find thoughtful details throughout. A crib, toddler mattress, and pack-and-play with sheets are provided, along with a high chair, children’s dinnerware, toys, and books for multiple age ranges. The home is not baby-proofed, so caregivers of younger children should take note, but the setup makes traveling with kids far easier.

Practical details
Guests have full access to the property, with occasional pool or yard maintenance scheduled in advance. Free parking is available in a garage with space for four vehicles, along with an external power outlet to support EV vehicle charging for convenience. For safety, the home is equipped with smoke alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and exterior cameras at the front entrance, driveway, and pool area.

*Max Occupancy: 15
The property accommodates up to 15 guests. For safety and comfort, parties or gatherings exceeding 15 guests are not permitted.

*Parking Instructions: Parking is available in the driveway, which easily accommodates 4+ cars along its 800-ft length.

*Coffee, sugar/sweetener, creamer are provided.

*The dedicated workspace is in the common living area.

*To ensure pool safety, buzzers are located on all doors leading to the patio (and need to be enabled by guests on door’s upper right corner), and we ask guests to keep the hot tub cover securely latched and the key-protected pool cover closed at all times when not in use.

*Pool heating is available for $100 per day (heats the pool to approximately 85°F). Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you’d like the pool heated during your stay so we can have it ready for you. The pool is open (May-Oct) The pool is closed from Nov-April and the cover is locked.

*Smoking, and vaping are not allowed on the premises at any time. For your safety and ours, cameras are located at the front entrance, driveway, and pool gate entrance.

*No Pets Policy
We have a strict no-pets policy. Exceptions: Service animals and emotional support animals (ESA) are always welcome in compliance with federal and state law.
Unauthorized Animals: Any pet or animal not approved as a service animal or ESA is considered unauthorized and may incur a $1,000 fine.

*High-speed internet with up to 1Gb/sec for streaming, work, or video calls.
