Because of an incoming snow storm, we had to get on the road super early. My husband and I were traveling with two under the age of 3. Even though breakfast wasn’t ready, they allowed us to get the kids fed and even made sure they had milk before we got on the road. I felt the staff throughout our whole stay were so kind.

Clean rooms, helpful staff. The breakfast was not bad, just the usual continental stuff. I wish the night staff had the authority to change rooms for customers in an emergency. I think I booked a unit with a wall between the beds but was given a room without a wall. I snore badly so my friend could not sleep at all that night. It was too cold out to sleep in the rental car, so I tried to sleep in the bathtub which was VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! The next morning, a very helpful manager or assistant manager changed our room to the room next to ours which had a wall between the beds and it HAD BEEN VACANT THE FIRST NIGHT WHICH MEANT WE COULD HAVE USED IT INSTEAD OF ME TRYING TO SLEEP IN THE BATHTUB!!

The location was perfect for an event we were attending at Industry. The rooms were large, comfortable and reasonably priced. There is a nice gathering area in the lobby. Although the breakfast was free with good variety, the quality wasn’t great but ok.

It was very clean and liked the variety of food the breakfast offered. The entire stay was pleasant from the room with the separate sleeping area, the cozy gathering spot to watch football by the fireplace after swimming in the pool and warming up in the hot tub! Great experience

Everything was ok except for night desk clerk and pool control. We were in the pool area with our 5 year and another family with a toddler. We were only there 15 minutes when 5 pre-teens and teenagers came in. They had NO adult supervision. They were extremely loud and rude. They were jumping, diving in the pool…splashing the young kids. They were throwing a ball that nearly hit our 5 year old. We complained to the front desk and he said he world handle. He did not. We ended up leaving the pool area within minutes of the rowdy teens arriving. So did the other family with a toddler. I find this unacceptable. We paid good money to stay and allowing teenagers of other patrons to ruin the pool time is absolutely ridiculous.

They room was clean and the staff was helpful when asked. I love the location and the parking amenity. The only negative was the small mats on the floor by pool areas looked gross and might collect just crap. Othe rthan that small issue everything else was great, do recommend a stay here

The suite was spacious, the kitchenette was perfect, and the bathroom was spotless. The young man up front was very kind and funny. We loved how close we were to the venue. Rather safe area. I am from a rural small town and I felt very safe and comfortable here.

Stayed with my husband for a Colts game. Within walking distance of stadium. Room was Clean. Kitchen was convenient as we stayed for 3 nights and ordered some groceries. Indoor hot tub and pool were nice to use as well.
