I had three rooms. They were all just grubby outdated in the inside. two of the rooms smell like a chainsmokers live there and one of the rooms had this weird strong chemical smell, not a cleaning chemical.

I asked for a non-smoking room. The rooms were filled with cigarette smoke, and the furniture and drapes had an excessive smell. I asked for another room—the same! I am susceptible to cigarette smoke, so I had to stand outside the room. I was meeting my grandchildren, who were going to change in the room and use the pool. The edge of the pool had goose feces around it. Horrible place to stay!

I reserved a 2 bed room, but was given a room with 1 bed. The clerk acted like I was being fussy for asking for a room with 2 beds. Then at 4 am I was woke up to another patron attempting to open my door because my room was checked out to them as well. It was a terrible nights sleep and a terrible experience. Will not stay there again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Checkin was fast. She was also very kind. First time few times we stayed were all right rooms. This last room we got was terrible. Sheets had a hole in it. Pillow felt like it was stuffed with cardboard. And bathroom shower was pretty gross. Brown water was dripping from the ceiling fan. Bathroom door had a hole in it
