The person checking us in couldn't even get up off of his ass to speak to us during check in. No hello, or greeting, simply.....ID. The hotel itself is fine. We've stayed there before and likely will again. The employee checking us in on 12/30 at 6:00 could stand to be taught some customer service skills.

Very nice rooms, spacious and didn’t feel crowded. Bathrooms were large. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with a large variety. Only disappointment with breakfast is they didn’t have a waffle maker (my kids’ favorite thing) but otherwise very good food: fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, cereal, variety of drinks, etc. large breakfast area as well. The pool was nice and warm. Only 4ft high but my big kids still loved playing around in the pool. Very nice staff. Super helpful. Right next to the hotel is a few places to eat and shop. Definitely will stay here again!

The hostess was more worried about her phone then getting me checked it. She had it out the entire time doing something. The bed was extremely hard, thin blankets that were rough feeling, and the shower door leaked water all over the floor.
