Overall the room and hotel was clean. Our body wash was straight water. Our family always looks forward to hotel breakfast, but we were so disappointed. The pancakes were hard, the sausage and potatoes looked green, fruit didn’t look the greatest. I went for cereal thinking it was the safe option only for the milk to be spoiled. The orange juice was not good and my daughter’s cup had bright red lipstick on it. Other than the breakfast, everything was okay.

Definitely gonna use this place for all my concert needs in the future. So clean and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent. Next tume i plan on eating at the restaurant for dinner.

Great price and nice sized rooms

Nice spacious room. Excellent price for a family of 6. Pool was closed do to testing and having to shock, minor inconvenience for the kids. Overall would recommend and stay at if I’m in the area again.

Great option if you are going to Ruoff Music Venue. It was an easy walk there and back. Convenient places to eat very close (walkable). Breakfast was nice.

The bartender walked by a couple times upon us 1st entering the bar and didnt give a "hey guys, be with ya in a sec" or a "hello" at all before she was finally able to come help us. The blond gal who was there later was awesome though!

Perfect Location for Ruoff Music Center

The room was spacious and accommodating. The walls are a bit thin, we could hear the people next door talking:). No big deal…just something we noticed. Staff was very friendly and restaurant right across the street and a Culver’s very close by open till 1am(great for ice cream after the concert).

I complain. I have is the temperature in the lobby, break areas, and hallways were borderline, muggy, no temperature control in the room. And it’s clear that they shut off AC when you’re nearing the end of your stay to make sure you leave on time. I prefer to be comfortable the entire stay
