Beautiful Place/Staff Disappointing amenities

We came into town for a comedy show so it was just for a night, however, the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is great! My only complaints are, the bed is beyond stiff, the pillows are only half full of stuffing, the kleenex looked like someone grabbed a handful and just stuffed it into the box. One of the lights next to the bed didnt work and when I used the iron on an ariticle of black clothing it left white residue all over it.

Not ready for prime time

This hotel is nicely located in the center of town and nice if that is what you are looking for. The hotel is being remodeled and not fully functional - there is no restaurant for instance. This should be fixed soon. There is no convenient EV charger - something we needed. The room was new, clean and very nice. This should be an excellent hotel when it’s finished

The hotel was going through renovations which was fine. Check in was quick. Room was clean, bathroom very clean. My room was on the 14th floor, nice view of the Gainbridge Stadium. The hotel is very close the circle walkable to get food. I enjoyed my stay. Will be back after their renovations.

Good stay mostly

Great location for our purpose. Pool was not open but they did offer use of a nearby pool. That didn’t work for us, but was nice of them. Renovations were happening on nearly every floor and elevators sometimes took awhile to get. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Biggest complaint is that almost everyone staying there was attending the same event that we were, but despite that fact they did not adjust their breakfast or bar hours of operation to make it available to most of us.

I stayed here for my first trip ever to Indianapolis. The hotel was beautiful, the staff were wonderful. Location was perfect walking distance to literally everything. A little pricey but worth every penny!
