They double charged me. We requested a late check out. Housekeeping started banging on our door before normal checkout (11am). Laye checkout was 1pm. I informed housekeeping we had a late checkout and they still came into our room twice. Before 1pm. The hotel is very dirty and had a weird smell.

The wallpaper was literally falling off the wall in spots. The shower head was awful. They were doing construction in the next room over from us and we wanted to relax before we went to a concert. It was loud pounding and drilling. The rooms definitely needed updated for almost $200 a night.
