The pool was the best thing it offered, I only had two towels and I asked for one more and the front desk told me no, the gym they offer is barely in working conditions and the bathtub I had had paint chipped the whole size of it, the lamp shades were all very loose and I had to straighten them up like they couldn’t even do that and the pillow cases I had were to dingy I didn’t even use two of them due to the fact they needs replaced so badly

Don't ever stay here

This place is awful. They charge you at the desk when you check in a 50 dollar incident fee that they never told you about when booking. They say they'll refund it but they have yet to refund mine.

Waited at the front seat for close to 25 minutes before someone came to help us out (After I called the Hotel twice). When we got the first hotel key, we were given a room that was occupied and we walked in on someone. Second key didn’t work, and had to get another set. Overall terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend.

Booked for the pool for my kids but got there and they had closed it for unknown amount of time to change out/replace/clean pipes or something. They could have said that ahead of time before i booked! Waste! Hotel was not very clean and was very outdated. Front desk made my daughters and i feel uncomfortable as a couple of strange men were lingering around the lobby watching us check in at 10pm. Vending machines were broken except one that was on the other side of the hotel. Door locks were loose but I managed to rig up the iron board as a backup safety measure for us for the weekend. Housekeeping staff were beyond friendly and accommodating but that was the only positive I have for this hotel. Oh! No elevator service either. Thank God we didnt pack a ton but still struggled to get luggage to our room. They did offer to help but with the strange men hanging out, watching us, i did not feel safe allowing for any assistance in bringing luggage to our room. My daughter and I travel a lot for her competitive cheer and this will be one place we wont stay again. We arent hard to please by any means. We just want safe, clean, and to be provided what we pay for. Felt ripped off for sure.

It was dirty , within the first five hours there was 5 cockroachs , dirty base cove especially in bath and around tub, floors were dirty, hotel smelled of curry and marijuana, after my complaint they moved me to another room, where there was a used bar of soap in tub, again floors were nasty, small cloth branch seat had enormous amount of stains , heater made annoying wining sound.. that should sum up considering to stay as I could keep going

Dont underestimate this place!

This location doesnt look much, but tge rooms are great...forever Hit water in the shower... atte tive staff... i could have gone to others around it but pay twice as much... they do take a $50 incidental deposit, but after an hour i was notified it was released back to me after I left....

Do Better!

The hotel has no elevator and of course my room was on the second floor. Every door there was someone outside smoking marijuana directly in front of the door so having to pass that with my child not good at all. The hallway floors had just been mopped but it looked as though they poured water on the floor and left it there it was so wet and slippery we had to be extremely careful not to fall getting up the stairs to our floor. The room smelled of an old toilet full of poo thankfully I had spray and cleaning products for myself the bathroom had roaches the mini fridge wasn’t cleaned out there was still liquor in there from the previous person the covers were stained and gross thankfully i brought my own so i slept on top of theirs. Floor was extremely nasty and dirty the room didn’t come with any towels soap shampoo or anything thankful I had my own the shower head was broken and barely worked. This hotel is in a great location but it’s absolutely horrible it needs some serious work and cleaning up.

It was so loud all night long with doors slamming, marijuana smell in the lobby/sign in area and loud staff yelling in hallway in early morning. It was a great price to stay however, having surgery in the morning, it was difficult staying 3 days/2 nights.

I won’t be staying here again…. We had an emergency situation to support family in the NICU. We were aware the hospital would not allow my 3 children past the waiting room so this meant long days for them. On a budget I researched some of the hotels within the area that had a pool so the kids would have something to ease the situation. They advertise pool and breakfast for amenities. I called ahead of time to ask and was told it was working. We arrive, the pool clearly has been down for a long time so I don’t understand why they had to lie to me other than to con me into picking their location. I was unaware of the $50 deposit upon arrival, I feel that should be included among initial payment to avoid confusion for customers. The rooms weren’t very clean (no signs of bugs though, believe me I checked). I had to request new pillows because they were stained so horribly from what had to be years of sweat and saliva… It was gross. The breakfast was stale bread and apples. While entering the lobby next day a lady was screaming at employee. She was very upset because she was missing valuable items that were there prior to housekeeping. The area isn’t the worse but definitely a sketchy side of Indy. Experience was a major disappointment. I might need a hep c shot after this encounter. 10 out of 10 I DO NOT recommend!!!!!
