At least the bed was comfortable

Was kinda disappointed with this hotel, great location, nice common area, but there is no hot tub as advertised, pool is only 4ft deep and very small, I had to run the water in my shower for 15-20 mins just to get the water hot, tried to order food from the bistro but the bartender told me the only thing he could cook was from a microwave

Hotel was nice but coffee bar only open a few hours in the morning and a couple at night. If there was a 24 hour fresh coffee dispenser I missed it. I had a handicapped room but wanted a bathtub. Maybe I wasn't clear.

Late shift staff was great!!!!

The overnight person was fabulous!!! She had the best customer service of anyone I have ever experienced. She helped me out of a jam & needs a raise. Jerri I think was her name. FABULOUS!!!!
