Tv didn’t work, key cards for the room only work the one time and we went to the front desk and they got us a new one and it still didn’t work so we had housekeeping let us into the room. Shower was filthy and the ceilings were disgusting and it looked like there was mold growing in the crack of the ceiling to the walls

The toilet clogged up twice, the paint was peeling, and the drywall tape around the door was bubbled and peeling. The room was very cold when we checked in and when the heat did come on during the night it blasted cold air before warm air came out. When I requested a receipt at check out, I was told “Oh, you booked with Expedia, they will email you a receipt.”
