No staff at desk when we arrived. When they did get to desk we were told rooms we booked were overbooked and were looking for rooms to get us in. Rooms are nothing special even though facility was recently remodeled. Side entrance/exit doors were not secure during night hours. Pool is very small. Fitness area has no TV remotes, towels, or disinfecting wipes. Breakfast was extremely limited on options. We will look for different options at our next stay in Plainfield, IN.

airport shuttle was very good going to airporit. BUT was terrible upon return. upon landing at airport I tried to call the hotel mulitple times for over 20 minutes and no one answered. I then called the reservation number to have them contact the hotel, they could not get anyone to answer either. I had to get an Uber back to the hotel for my car. There was no one at the desk when I got to the hotel either. this was only 5:00 in the evening. so bad

My room was in need of some repairs for example you had to lean on the door to get it to lock, the bath faucet leaked & it was difficult to get the shower on I thought I was going to break it also the fan options didn't work on my Ac/heating unit. The staff seems nice & the location was convenient.

Staff was courteous, overall a quiet and clean place. Bathrooms could use an updated. Paint, caulking, fixtures seemed old and needing a refresh. Light fixture was missing its cover. Breakfast was nice.
