I never said at the candle wood suites before so it definitely won’t be my last! The rooms were upgraded felt good to take a shower in a new upgraded place.

No one was at the desk when we arrived. Waited 15 min to get Expedia on the phone. After that the pool was closed the first day. Our TV wasn’t working properly and a staff member had to come to our room to address. The second day the pool was open, but the hot tub was ice cold. Will not be going back.

It was ok.

Customer service was great. The cleanliness overall was subpar. I’m not sure our floors in our room were vacuumed, the pool area was pretty dirty so we didn’t stay long. Unfortunately in the middle of the night our smoke detector started chirping. Not a fun experience. We also had 4 people in our room but only 2 towels, and no blankets for the pull out couch. The front desk brought them on request but had to wait a while for them, and it was just an inconvenience with having 2 small kids who need to get to bed.

Mostly good affordable hotel

Well I booked cause it was in IHG group. Then after I booked I started reading reviews… and let’s just say I was more than worried. But I said hell it was decent priced and I already booked so we gave it a try. So we got to Indy and got to hotel checking people were very nice and we got to the room and I was very relieved. The room was very clean and I am very weird about hotels so I check the bed and box spring seems like a fairly new bed very clean and comfortable. But all in all a pretty nice room and I felt at ease. The only negative thing about the experience was the shower holder was broken on the shower so we had to hold the wand the whole time.

Save your time and money!

Absolutely disgusting!!! No fitted sheets, bathroom was dirty, beds were extremely uncomfortable!! Asked the front desk for a clean extra blanket…the guy walked around the desk and gave me a wadded up blanket that smelt like smoke and he said it came fresh out of the dryer. So disappointed and disgusted!!
