Smell, mildew, no support or customer service, they shouldn’t have even been open their whole first floor is molded they had fans going all night and day. I asked for an extra blanket they told me what was already in the room, how about provide what the paying customer asks for instead of what I could use. They said they didn’t have a shovel to help folks out their parking spot and I saw with my own eyes someone shoveling because they made a path way. I only needed to get out of my park but instead I got stuck and no help. Won’t be staying there ever again.

Overall every was good. I feel they should have a much higher rating. The landscape, however, nerds some attention. I had a pleasant stay, nice staff, and free washer and dryer.

Booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub, only to find out upon check-in Friday night that the pool was gonna be down until Tuesday. But they told me if I wanted to check with Expedia to see if I could get a room somewhere else with a hot tub I could as long as I did it before they checked me in, but it was close to 8:00 PM and I wasn’t going through the hassle. I get to my room and it’s freezing the heat was not working I went to the front desk and they quickly had maintenance there to fix it no biggie. Room was nice and clean kitchenette was cool bed was AMAZING! All and all it was clean quiet uncomfortable. Just wish the pool and hot tub was working and wish it had breakfast. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous would definitely book again after making sure that the pool was in working order.

Got to the hotel and pool and hot tub werent working, things in room were broken, dog poop literally everywhere around hotel because doggy potty stations werent restocked. Overall would not stay again.
