The staff I met were extremely friendly. The biggest issue for me was that 1 of 2 elevators were out of order. This was not known until after checking in and going to the room. Fortunately I chose to be on a lower level (3rd Floor) but the elevator wait was lengthy at times. I had to wait 2 rounds to go downstairs when trying to check out. If I didn't have luggage I would have taken the stairs but I was at the mercy of the sole elevator. Other than that, the room was spacious and the kitchen was perfect for those staying a few days and brining groceries to prepare for meals. I did appreciate that the outside doors were locked early and guest having to use their room cards to get into the building. The parking was ample, but the entrance was kind of tricky coming in after dark. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those planning an extended stay and bringing their own food.

Great spot for a family stopover

A very nice place. It is not appealing from the outside and the lobby is very small, but since they seemed to be converted apartments there was plenty of rooms. It was VERY clean and maintained.

Rooms are great!

The room was great! It was like having a little apartment for the weekend. Shower wasn’t great and there was only one elevator for all 12 floors and it only fit maybe three people in at a time, we were on the 9th floor, so waiting for that for was the only real complaint I have.

The hotel itself and room were very nice, clean, spacious. I enjoyed the view from my suite. However it is in an area where I did not feel comfortable being outside of the hotel. There was no breakfast or dining and very little customer service.

My wife and i were first provided room 1106, which had water running into the bathroom above. Upon reporting the problem to management we were transferred to room 1101 quickly. Its unfortunate this happened, but I have the understanding that room 1106 was a queen bed, and 1101 was a king bed. It is fortunate, however, that we helped you find the problem and we had initially asked for king bed suite anyway. Thank you for a goodnight stay. We will be back in the future. Todd & Dena
