Loud and bad customer service

Loud unattended kids being loud all night. People in our group called and reported a noise complaint but nothing was done. When we dirt walked in the lobby smelt like weed, then got to our floor and the weed smell was so strong it was terrible.

Breaking was very good. We were on 4th floor this time. End of hall had a musty smell & when we got up to go eat breakfast it reeked of weed in the hallway. We have been to your facility twice in 2 weeks. Price, breakfast & accommodation was very comfortable.

Nice and comfy, good breakfast, crispy bacon and tots. My only complaint the fridge and microwave made random noise and gurgles and beeps so I had to unplug it. If i recall this place has nice soap. plowed lot, dollar tree, gas etc very nearby.
