The building is poorly maintained eg. the exterior doors mishave in such a way as to be unpredictable to open or close and when they do close, they sound like a bomb has gone off in the neighborhood. I enjoyed the gym equipment, the TV options, the comfortable bedding, the nice staff. I missed having an elevator to the second floor, any fresh or quality food at the free breakfast, and a quiet environment. For the price, I would stay there again, but bring earplugs.

The hallway door to outside was broken and unlocked all night. 1 washcloth, no glass, very minimal breakfast with only milk and coffee to drink. Lactose intolerant and dont like coffee. Several things needed fixed.

It was honestly the grossest hotel I’ve ever been to. The sheets were stained brown, the rooms + hallway REEKED of smoke even though it was a “non smoking room” and the walls had stuff smeared all over it with chipping paint. There was also no soap to wash your hands and the shower was very clearly not being maintained propely. We felt so disgusting being in there, we didn’t even stay 30 minutes before deciding we couldn’t stay the night there. Ended up booking another hotel closer to downtown. SAVE your money and book somewhere clean and with good reviews.
