We enjoyed our stay overall, the mattress was in need of replacement, it had a huge dip in the bed. The food at the restaurant was mediocre at best, but the servers were great.

Everything about it! It is an amazing place to stay. Beautiful grounds, great staff, good food, clean, comfortable, and just exceptional in every way.

This is a lovely property. The rooms have all been updated and are tasteful, large and comfotable. The bathrooms large and the shower terrific. Beds and linens topnotch. Unfortunately, the walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors who woke us up for two mornings and during the afternoon. The staff are amazing - friendly,warm and competent. The bakery is excellent especially for a light breakfast - the only thing missing is fresh orange juice (which they also did not have in the restaurant.) The Restaurant "Cava" is OK - servers are excellent, especially Oskar and Verigin. But the food is hit and miss - some dishes very good, others, not so. The sushi in "The Place" is excellent. Major problem is that they allow smoking on the patio outside theplace and we were driven away by the cigar smoke which also drifts onto the pool deck so that we had to move chairs because of the odor. We were very surpised thatbtis is not a non-smking facility as we have not been in ahotel with smokers for a very long time. Finally, music is played incessantly - in the restaurant (we could not hear our converation on eevening) and around the pool. It should be quiet music and lower if at all. The grounds are lovely but there is nthing within walking distance.

This was the absolute worst experience we’ve ever had at a hotel! Noisy , couldn’t sleep all night and staff was so unfriendly would no help us change rooms we had to change hotels !!

I loved it first time in Palm Springs needed a break the resort has had everything you really didn’t have to leave the property and central to most areas. A bit of a ways from downtown and the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful just a really good time and great amenities and it was nice activities were included in the fees. Will definitely be back.

My family and I always enjoy this hotel. One of the perks about this hotel is the restaurants they have. The food is always good and they have friendly service. The pool is heated and perfect for families. My kids looks forward to our yearly trip.

Great family location

Clean large rooms with balcony. We had a pool view. Arcade for kids was awesome. Coffee shop, dining, pool, nice location.

Nice resort with convenient access to golf and an amazing spa. The room was nice— the one issue was the loud music. There were live musicians on the weekend, had the volume was unbelievably high. We were on the 6th floor, and it was difficult to sleep with such loud music playing pretty late into the night.
