The Space:

Experience the ultimate beachside getaway in this newly remodeled haven located just over two blocks from Huntington Beach, “Surf City USA”. Discover stunning ocean views, relax in the rooftop Jacuzzi, and immerse yourself in chic modern living near the vibrant Main Street and iconic pier, Pacific City outdoor shopping and dining. We are about 20 miles / 25minutes to Disneyland and you can use the car pool lane most of the way avoiding the traffic.

New Furnace, New Waterheater, Fireplace (2), Internet/Wifi, Washer & DryerGarage, Parking, TV, Hot Tub/ Jacuzzi, Outdoor shower, Apple TV, Surf Boards, Boogie Boards, Bikes, Beach Chairs,Beach Towels Provided, Iron Hair Dryer, Whole House Vacuum, Whole House intercom/Radio, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishes & Utensils, New Thermador Refrigerator, Range, Hood and Dishwasher Blender, Pots/Pans Mixer, Crock Pot, Games, DVDs, Ceiling Fans and Room Fan, No Air Conditioning and no need, the Pacific Ocean is our AC, crib. As a local I have never had AC in HB for 50 years you just do not need it and you will see that less than 20% of the homes advertised this close to the beach have AC. It stays very cool this close to the beach.

Cancellation policy: We offer a refund for cancellations within 31 days of check-in, however, if you booked on VRBO or direct the credit card fee of approximately 3 percent is not refunded because the merchant processor does not refund us the credit card fees but if you booked on airbnb you will receive a full refund.

No Parties: No pets,. No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit. No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm. This means no extra people than the people in your group listed above.



All of our homes are NO SMOKING homes.



Check-In and Out: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is at 10am. Upon receipt of full payment, signed contract and copy of ID, we will provide you with a security code and check in instructions for the property.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — easy walking distance to both the beach and downtown, which made everything so convenient. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day out. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property

This place was thoughtfully prepared for our stay. My group was very comfortable here and opted to spend a lot of our trip here for meals and the hot tub. Very close to the shore. Great kitchen. The home has a luxury feel and a great background for a Huntington Beach weekend.

We loved our stay at the White House. It was perfect for our adult family. It was an easy walk to the beach and the house has plenty of room to gather together and retreat to your own room for privacy. We would definitely rent this house again. The owners were so gracious!

What a great stay at the White House in HB. The check in process was simple and well communicated. The house is very clean and well kept. The kitchen is great for cooking and relaxing as a family or group. The house is equipped with all the comforts of home from a fully equipped kitchen and cookware to beach chairs, bikes, surf and boogie boards and beach toys. The house is a short walk to the beach and to downtown HB and of course to Superb Donuts! Thanks for a great stay.

Summer Stay

This was my second time at the property but first time with our family. The family loved the location and proximity to the beach. We had plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy our vacation. Playing games and hitting the local spots. I’m in HB numerous times a year and will stay here agin the future.

Lovely stay!

Perfect place for our family to gather this Thanksgiving. We managed to have a great time despite the incessant rain, and a lot of that was due to having such a great property to stay and relax in. Loved that the house had plenty of board games to enjoy, and when we needed to get out, the Aquarium of the Pacific and Pretend City came to the rescue. Hopefully next year the weather will be better so we can take advantage of the beach!

Mom's 80th birthday dream come true

We were here for our mom's 80th birthday visiting family that moved to HB during COVID. The house was so nice and everyone felt as home. The decor is absolutely beautiful so clean and fresh. The beds are very comfortable. Location is perfect walking distance from the beach.

We had a wonderful time at this house. It has all of the amenities you need to make your beach week perfect, including a close walk to the beach, bikes, boogie and surf boards, plenty of beach towels. The hot tub is great for when the ocean water is chilly. The house is walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and shops. The owners are accommodating and very responsive.

The White House was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The house had a very large kitchen with a table large enough for 8-10 people. We enjoyed using the hot tub on the third floor. The beach was about a three block walk. The beach was never crowded during our visit in early June. You can even participate in yoga classes at 9:00 on the beach. We were happy with the accommodations for our group of 8 people.

Amazing family beach get away

The White House was immaculate! Our family had an amazing stay at this well maintained house close to the beach. The house had everything we needed to cook family meals. My kids loved the hot tub on the rooftop, the variety of board games and enjoyed playing with all the beach amenities on beach. It was a quick walk to everything! This was our first stay in Huntington Beach, and we will absolutely come back and stay at the White House. The hosts had excellent communication throughout the whole process. Fantastic Location, Great Home

My wife and our two teenage kids stayed in late June for the better part of a week. This house is very accessible, nice neighborhood, a short walk to the beach and well situated for activities and meals in the surrounding area. We found it very spacious for our family and the kitchen was a great setup. Everything felt new and well maintained. A/C was provided by individual units in most bedrooms, it was cool enough during our stay that we didn’t really need it. Jacuzzi on the roof was a hit with our family. Instructions for the house were thorough, clear and easy to follow. Everyone had a wonderful time! Recommended.

Family Getaway

What a beautiful place to spend time relaxing with family. A lovely home that is well cared for and well appointed. The house is close to the beach and walking distance to Main St HB. There are plenty of neighborhood restaurants and convenience stores within a short walk from the house making the car optional for the week. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the house. The kitchen has several counter-top type appliances (toaster, blender and a drip coffee maker - don’t buy filters for a few years!) you don’t see in the photos. The owners live next door and were very nice and helpful without being intrusive. Great place.

Beautiful home - Disappointing Management

Lovely home, clean and inviting. Problem with management communication. We had questions when we arrived. Mike was rude and dismissive when we finally caught up with him which was the day before we left. Our grandson had to sleep on a bed without bedding and we had to buy our own toilet paper and paper towels. Isn't it funny how the little things leave the bad taste. He told us to contact him the Monday after we left. Chanti did call us the last day and was pleasant and helpful. Too little, too late. We will not return.

Mixed Experience - Beautiful Home with Some Significant Issues.This property boasts an excellent location and attractive interiors, making it appealing at first glance. However, several key issues significantly impact the guest experience.What You Need to Know About the Space:Bedroom Count: Listed as four bedrooms, but the fourth is actually a pull-out sofa on the hot third floor—plan for three usable bedrooms only.No Air Conditioning: The entire house lacks AC and the second and third floors were uncomfortably hot in warm weather.Water Pressure Issues: Third-floor bathroom shower had poor water pressure during our stay.Safety Concern: Living room glass table has an unstable, unattached glass top.Host Communication: The property owner, Mike, was responsive to text messages at first but then stopped responding to our texts entirely, which was frustrating when issues arose.Amenities: Bikes are provided but were mostly in poor repair and not suitable for actual use.
