Nice place but too many things were wrong. Hidden.

Is a nice hotel. The temperature controls were hard to figure out. It was too hot on our room and we had to put the air conditioner on to get it normal. Fan very loud. The beds were less than comfortable. They charged us a 50 dollar a night damage fee they night we checked in. I guess it’s refundable but I thought that was not good. Hotel.com did not list that charge.

Love the property and the staff, but the beds weren't comfortable at all. For that nice of a place they need to invest in better beds. That’s the only complaints that i have about the property.

I booked this for the pool, waterslide, sprinkler pad for my 8 year old to play in while i soaked in the hot tub. I have stayed in some run down hotels with sketchy pool situations but this was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. First red flag: Our throat and eyes instantly burned upon opening the door to the pool area. 2nd red flag: Once we went in, the pool was murky and the hot tub was filled with foam. Because another family was in there, it was extremely difficult to turn around with my strong-willed and excited kid so i allowed her to slide down the water slide a few times. This was a bad judgement call on my end because by the time we returned to our hotel room, she had serious wheezing, coughing, and was feeling lightheaded/faint. I can’t believe these facilities were open. It took all night for this to clear up.
