Place smell sewer…way to rustic, swimming pool needs to upgrade, they advertised shuttle but there is no, when rains nobody can acess the hotel….we booked for 3 nights but could stand just one night. Their pizza were really good, food was good.

This is the perfect stay for a secluded getaway. It was peaceful, relaxing with a scenic background. Nestled right in the middle of the jungle,the lagoon is refreshing. The food was delicious and very natural. They had a variety of options including vegan options. The staff was very friendly and helpful which added to the relaxing atmosphere. This is definetly the place to go to get away from everything and enjoy a stress free vacation.

The room was very clean and yet very simple. The pool was not very inviting as it could have been cleaner. The waterfront is excellent for sitting at night and taking in the ambiance. The swimming is accessible for a swimmer as the water is deep. Breakfast claims to be at 8am but after 40 min we left as it was not ready. We were passing through doing long day drives so I was disappointed that I was unable to enjoy the pool and breakfast that I had considered when booking this property. Decent place if you are not on a timeline.

This hotel was far away from town. If you don't rent a car you will have to request a taxi and it can get a bit expensive. If you are planning on staying on the hotel only then this is the place for you. Not a lot of variety on the breakfast, it says Continental but it's only fruit, oatmeal and coffee/tea.

Upon arrival, we were informed that there was no running water or electricity, but were told both would be restored within the hour. However, an hour passed and nothing had changed. The cabin was extremely humid and dark, with no running or flushing water. Electricity and water were finally restored at 7:20 PM. The next morning, while having breakfast, both utilities went out again at 9:00 AM. We checked out at noon, and the power and water were still not back. I requested a refund, as the bare necessities were not available during our stay. I was told that refunds could not be issued, but was given a partial refund of my breakfast bill—$600 pesos (approximately $30 USD). It seems like this may be a recurring issue during the rainy season.

Property was fun to stay at. It’s like staying out of glorified treehouse. If you’re expecting luxury and fine amenities, this is not the place for you. Think of this place as a tree fort that you built when you’re a kid, but you get to sleep in it and take a shower. It’s very fun and relaxing. Not to mention, the staff is very accommodating and they feel like family.

El lugar esta muy bonito, muy tranquilo y relajado. Pero no me gusto que no avisarán que había acceso en carro. Que solo indiquen que hay servicio de lancha en ciertos horarios y tuvimos que esperarnos 30min a que llegara la gente de recepción, cuando teníamos prisa.

They made our stay inconvenient said they would refund extra charges for an extra room we did not even use. They said expedia would refund and nothing after a month. Food was horrible. Plus, the manager was rude. Do not waste your money or time staying here.

Visite el hotel con mi esposa y mis 3 niños. La reservación la hice en la embajada y resultó que nos mandaron a un lugar distinto que está más adelante. Al llegar nos recibió una persona extranjera muy violenta que nos comenzó a gritar y me hizo sentir que estábamos en riesgo ya que sólo estaba el y unos trabajadores en el Lugar. Ante la situación Un trabajador del lugar se acercó con el tipo y algo le dijo, porque minutos después la persona violenta regreso y me dijo que le acababan de avisar que éramos huéspedes y que me había estacionado donde no era estacionamiento. Luego de eso me llevó a la habitación pero aún y cuando la reserva estaba pagada con antelación, me condicionó la entrega de la habitación a un pago de $ 200 pesos para poderme entregar la llave. Cuando mis hijos al fin bajaron del vehículo, 2 perros se les aventaron ladrando y queriendo atacar. A partir de ese momento los perros no dejaban en paz aún y cuando estábamos dentro de la habitación. Se mantenían vigilando y ladraban . La situación fue tan tensa que Llame al 911 pidiendo ayuda pero nunca llegaron. Otro riesgo que existe aparte de la persona a cargo, es el camino que debes tomar para llegar. Está imposible para un vehículo sedan . Riesgo de quedar atascado por el lodo, sufrir una ponchadura o dañar tu vehículo en el trayecto. Es pura jungla así que nadie te podrá ayudar en caso de sufrir algún percance. No hay donde comprar y el único restaurante está súper caro. La peor experiencia de mi vida.

La llegada y la salida fue imposible y caótica tuve que pagar $350 por dos viajes en lancha para salir e la propiedad. Los Ubers según la app me salían más baratos pero no entraban por las condiciones del camino (inundado , lodoso, con huecos,poca señalización). El día de mi llegada no hubo luz lo cual no es culpa de nadie , les hacen falta otras opciones de movilidad ( shuttle del hotel, lancha a precio preferencial clientes , cortesía de lancha para casos como el de tener que salir del hotel al no haber luz , bicicletas ) , las instalaciones están en en proceso de arreglos, personal 10/10, servicio al cliente 7/10 , restaurante 6/10 la comida está bien pero la relación precio calidad -cantidad es la que afecta la puntuación .
