The hotel was beautiful - the room was excellent, my view was beautiful, the bed super comfy! only issue, the outlet in the bathroom did not work. I had to blowdry my hair by the bar. The valet was amazing. He had my car heater on me warming my car up when I came down. Loved this property! t

We stayed on the 7th floor. The room, especially the bathroom, reeked of mildew. I don't expect it to smell like fresh flowers like you get at the Houstonian or St. Regis, but this was beyond. The bar soap was no better smelling. We checked in close to 11p, so we were too exhausted to do anything about it. We got up and checked out early without showering bc though it looked clean the smell was so very unappealing. I stayed here when it was the Sonesta and the rooms were lovely and on par for the price. Obviously new management has been running on the cheap. This was our anniversary night out and we were incredibly bummed by the accommodations. They only supplied one bottle of water, though I paid for a room for two. It's the little things that make a hotel stand out, so this experience was very disappointing. I would have saved my money and just gone home after our night out. Another issue was that only 2 of their 4 elevators were working, so there was a long wait to get up to our room. The staff was pleasant, so no issues with them.

Was given the wrong room and staff would not help. I reserved a large room with a view but got a small room with a view of the generators on top of the building next door. Plus it took 15 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Room was clean though. Bar staff was excellent.

The room was very nice. The hotel remodel was attractive. I like using a key card to access the hotel floors. The $20.00 beverage/food allowance is appreciated. Room 1029...the hot water took forever, wasting tons of water in the shower and sink. Perhaps it needs to be checked out?

Our stay was fine. I wish the lady who checked us in would have offered us our wine instead I had to go and ask for it. Another issue was, my husband had a mysterious charge on his card. We were told we had a $20 credit to use at the bar or restaurant. So, I am not sure where the mystery charge came from.

Room service food was awful . Front desk never answers the phone, literally had to go down there. Room service made our food again but I didn’t eat it . Charged it to the room because I was not presented with any other option. Total 78.00 and change. I get charges on my for statement 97.99 . The front desk lady is confused.
