Overall the house was fair. The kitchen, however was another store. There was a sticky residue on the cabinets in the island. There was also dried food left on the stove. The refrigerator had an odor so bad that we really couldn’t open it. It smelled like some seafood and been left in there opened and was never aired out. It was so bad that we couldn’t really open the fridge or freezer doors without the odor filling the room. Plus, we couldn’t use the ice or water dispenser on the fridge because even the water had a fishy taste. I reached out about some sort of compensation and have not heard anything back as of yet.

This 3-story house is spacious, modern and comfortable, perfect for my coworkers and me. The 3 bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom. There’s a roof top deck, AC, and a big kitchen island. It was perfect for our team conference. It’s just outside the downtown so it’s easy access to the city. The owner was responsible to messages.

I was frustrated that the thermostat was clearly not working or on a regulator… we could Never get the temp in the kitchen/living room below 74. We found a joint in one of the nightstands of the bedroom. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy, parties every night, very loud!

We enjoyed the property and location during our girls trip. The home is exactly as pictured and had all the supplies we needed. Host was easy to communicate with and accommodating.

Four night stay, house was nice and newish though it’s in a pretty sketchy neighborhood. There is a garage for parking though which helped those concerns. There is a school across the street with large security flood lights that beam into the third level master bedroom. There is a vending machine in the garage with condoms for sale, not ideal for families with inquisitive young kids. Upon checkin there were no batteries in the remote and no trash bags in trashcan. We also woke up with ants everywhere. I messaged the owner about those three things and response was basically accusing us of causing the ants by leaving food out. Other than that, beds were comfy and there’s plenty of space in the house. A playground nearby and easy access to freeways.

We loved it!

The check in was smooth and if you need to communicate with anyone they responded fast. It was a great location the rooftop has an amazing view. We overall loved our stay. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable and we love the bathroom, the tub is big enough for 2 and a huge shower. I would totally recommend this place for anyone that is visiting Houston. Also very close to downtown Houston!!

What did I like or what was unique about the property? “My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving, and we absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere! The open-concept kitchen and dining area were perfect for preparing and enjoying our holiday meal together. The property was beautifully decorated, clean, and had a unique charm with its rustic furniture and large windows that let in natural light. The host even left thoughtful holiday touches like festive decorations, which made it extra special.
