Disappointing Experience Despite Friendly Staff I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. On a positive note, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They were attentive and tried their best to assist me during my stay. However, the condition of the hotel itself left much to be desired. Upon entering my first room, I noticed a strong smell of mold, which was quite off-putting. To my dismay, I also found mice droppings and a dead water bug in the room. This was concerning and not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. While I appreciate that the staff promptly switched my room, the second one had similar issues. It too had a moldy smell, with visible mold on the walls. Overall, while the staff’s attitude was commendable, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms need significant improvement. I hope to see some renovations and better housekeeping practices in the future.

Checked in late around 10:30 pm. Upon arrival front desk rep was rude, group of men drinking in lobby and others lurking outside, door lock was not working and we were put in a room with an adjoining door. I was traveling alone with my 9 yo daughter. Overall, we did not feel safe there. Checked out an hour later. Luckily we have friends that live nearby that picked us up.

The sheets on the bed were dirty. When we went and asked for new sheets, the guy at the front counter struggled to find the sheets. He gave us a queen fitted sheet for a king bed. He couldn't find a flat sheet so he said he would bring it up, and he never did
