The room seemed clean. Elevator smelled like MJ, spots on the carpet in the hallway, ice machine on the 4th floor wasnt plugged in. Breakfast had hot & cold items. Was fine for an overnight near the airport

Here’s a clean, short review you can use: ⸻ I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Bush International Airport in Houston, and overall had a great experience. The staff was excellent—truly 10/10 service from check-in to check-out. The location was also super convenient, with a gas station right nearby in case I needed anything, plus Jack in the Box and Taco Bell within close reach. I also liked that the DoubleTree next door has a bar and restaurant, which gave me an easy dining option in the evenings. The only downside for me was the breakfast variety. I didn’t really enjoy the options and felt like it could have been better and more diverse. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was ok, but I didn’t care the smell when I walked in. Also the bed was completely too hard and uncomfortable to get a good nights rest. I woke up with body and back pains.

Well, There was 2 humongest spider on my bed while I was trying to go to bed after shower. I freak out and did not sleep well at all. I have brought up this issue to the fronk desk. They acted like it was normal. I have to say huge huge colorful spider.I even have picture for the front desk.

A group of 4 girls ended up here after a flight cancellation. Easy free shuttle access to and from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle driver was so nice and gave us information about where to get food that was walkable. The front desk check in was smooth. The rooms smelled a little musty, however they were clean and offered TV and all the toiletries for showering (the towels could definitely use updating). The front desk held our bags the next day after giving us extended check out since we had a late evening flight. The gym at this hotel was spectacular. It had ellipticals, a peloton bike, treadmills, cables, benches, and free weights. It was big and nicer than most hotels. We also enjoyed the breakfast and coffee bar. Plenty of options for everyone even for a healthy eater. They sell snacks and alcohol at a small shop near the front desk. However, there is an amazing authentic Mexican food truck always parked out back of the hotel and open till midnight (Taqueria Tumax). Also, there is a plaza that is about a 6-minute walk to the hotel that has a liquor store, dive bar, and several restaurant choices. They also have an outdoor pool but we did not use it so I can't speak for that. For an unexpected stay this Hampton Inn did not disappoint. The service was beyond friendly and so accommodating so it made our long journey home worth it. We are glad we picked this airport hotel out of all of them.
