Room great, check in was slow and painful

Monica at check not so friendly. No greeting. Waited 2 minutes before she acknowledged our presence. Other staff was on phone with customer. She was abrupt with all answers. I am an honors member and she was annoyed that I asked for water, apparently I was the wrong color honors. Overall felt unwelcome. Check out staff super friendly.

The location cant be beat. The room is a standard hotel room, EXCEPT it doesn't have a traditional door for the bathroom. The bathroom has a sliding barndoor that doesnt seal or lock. I would choose a different hotel next time for this reason.

Excellent value for money! We had a great experience at the Hampton Inn in Houston. The hotel is clean, attractive, and feels very safe. Its proximity to the airport is a big plus—super convenient for travelers. Our room was spacious and the bathroom spotless. The only minor issue was that the carpet felt damp, which is something housekeeping might want to double-check to ensure it’s fully dry. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommended!
