Very clean, great room for the price.

Room was very clean, no bugs which is always nice, excellent check in experience, can’t think of any negatives. Short walking distance from convenience stores and restaurants.

Going downhill

We have stayed at Greentree several times when passing through Houston, and it seems like each time it gets worse. Last time ice machine broken, this time elevator broken. Also when flipped our light switch upon entering room, nothing happened. Tge carpeting (especially on the staircase) is really gross looking. It's an inexpensive hotel, but I think it's probably worth an extra few bucks to stay somewhere else.

This was a very average airport hotel. Shuttle service was very good. The property is looking tired, but was adequate for a short stay between flights. There's food within walking distance, which was nice since we had to leave before breakfast started.

The room was in bad shape, the handle of the door was broken, there were insects in the bath tub. I asked for water, they were out of water.

When I arrived at the hotel and was entering through the front door, a man suddenly jumped out and pointed at me, screaming aggressively. At first, I thought he was a hotel employee, but when I spoke to the staff, they said they believed he was my friend. However, it became clear they did not know him either. The next morning, I came down for breakfast, and the same man appeared again at the front entrance, pointing and screaming at me just as he had the night before. This behavior made me feel extremely scared and unsafe during my stay. Because of this, I decided to check out a day earlier than planned. I also expressed my concerns to the hotel staff and suggested they consider having a male security presence to help ensure the safety of their guests.

I stay for 5 days and I never get my room cleaned, I asked for service they said ok I would send the maid, later I come back fron the store, my room was still dirty, I requested for clean towels and asked for my room not been cleaned, they said Housekeeper told, it's dnd at the door

The poolside chairs were a major safety concern. He bed was clean for the most part but room was damaged. Many of the lights didn’t work! The best part was the free breakfast. He hotel is in desperate need of repairs! If it’s a night of rest you need it might do the job. Stay at at your own risk!
