We had so many issues with management not coming through on their promises with our group rates for parking, and the room block for our event never showed up for us. We didn't have any hot water and had to take cold showers. The AC was FREEZING on Friday and Saturday, then the AC broke on Sunday and we didn't have any AC for our event... we were sooo hot. We were told it was off for "scheduled maintenance". And for more excitement, Friday night the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate, and two of our members were locked in the stairwell for hours. Not good had there been an acutal fire. The BEST part was the waitress in the dining room, Maria, who was AMAZING!!!

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were nice and very clean. The cookies were soo good. Everything that could be controlled by the professionals that work there was excellent. There was good shopping, food, and a grocery store close by. What I didn't like was getting from the parking garage into the hotel was kind of a pain. I also didn't love paying $30 to park my car every night. Also, navigating in/out of the parking garage is a bit of a maze. I didn't realize when I booked this was next door to Joel Olsteen's church and a lot of parking seems to be dedicated to that.

Hotel is amazing, very nice for a great price. The price for parking seemed a tad bit ridiculous, and they don’t mention that you have to pay for parking until you get there. But other than that, it was great.
