Beautiful hotel close to the convention center. I enjoyed the easy check in process. Also enjoyed the access to filtered bottle ready water on each floor. Food wws delicious at the restaurant.

We had a beautiful suite. Unfortunately neither of the tv's worked to pair with the phone. Other tvs in other rooms did but not this one. We were stuck watching basic cable. Huge inconvenience but no options to switch rooms or discount offered.

Dirty, worn out and not kept up well. Missing items, and super loud. The lobby was fine, but the rooms were neglected. Shower did not drain, holes in the towels, paint peeling off the windows, sticky stains in the carpet, no soap in the shower, really loud AC.

Safe and clean

Traveling solo I felt very safe. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very polite and engaging. The only issue I had was a slow flushing toilet. I’ve stayed here before and was impressed. The cafe downstairs was really good too.

From front desk to housekeepers to Bristol, everything was run like a fine tooled machine. Very cordial. Very helpful. I try to come out a few times a season to watch the Astros. Can’t wait till the next trip back home.

Great location downtown. The team at Club Quarters was great. Very friendly and accommodating. (sent up a microwave when requested) Loved the free water, but wish there was a refrigerator in the room. Nice exterior, good gym, and great lobby, however the hotel room was in need of an update. The furniture was noticeably worn, with some pieces peeling or damaged, which affected the overall comfort and appearance. A refresh or renovation would really enhance the guest experience. Lastly, slight odor in room when entered, but they provided an additional cleaning to freshen up room after my request. Overall, nice stay.
