The price is very affordable. Also, it’s a pretty decent house. It wasn’t extremely clean like it needed to be. Some of the things did not work. The faucet should be replaced in the washer and dryer has issues outback but other than that it’s a pretty cool place.

We rented this home as we were traveling to Houston to compete at the Houston Livestock show. We had 11 in our party and the house slept everyone comfortably. Easy drive to and from the show grounds. Neighbors were very friendly aling with the neighborhood watch who stopped by and introduced himself. Only issue was having some people outside in the street next door late at night on the weekends but other than loud music no issues and they kept to themselves. This house does not have a washer or dryer which we missed when booking. There is a laundromat close by so if staying for an extended period keep that in mind. Everything worked well and we had all the necessities. If traveling to the area again we would stay here.

Worn out home/Undesirable Neighborhood

The home is located in a undesirable neighborhood. There was yard debris from a big cut tree in front yard garbage, furniture, and stray dogs around neighborhood. Alot of people hanging out next door. The house is old and dated. Kitchen cabinet missing. Hallway shower shoots out water from knob & hard to turn off. Tile floor grout is dirty. Bathroom mirrors are taped on wall. The home did have 5 rooms & it was easy to get in but I had no wifi connection so I couldn’t send txt or contact Judy the host. I will not return.
