I had to carry luggage 47lbs up 3 flights of stairs. You should definitely mention that upfront. It is not ada accessible. The room had a dead roach in the kitchen when I first arrived. It was almost midnight so I had no energy. Early the next morning a roach was crawling on the tv and another one in the bathroom. I was able to change rooms, but it was extremely inconvenient! I’m requesting a refund. I’m so disappointed.

Struttura pulita ed accogliente. Unica cosa negativa che all’arrivo non ho trovato nessuno a farmi fare check-in e siamo rimasti fuori. Ho dovuto contattare l’assistenza con non pochi problemi. Problema ripetutosi l’indomani in quanto il codice per aprire la porta non funzionava. Nella porta non ci sono chiavi e tutto è gestito tramite app.
