The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always prepared to help. They couldn’t be faulted. The air conditioning was very effective and the room spacious. My husband, my daughter and I stayed over a week at the Figo in September. The hotel was clean and spacious. The staff was most helpful and friendly. We really liked the lounge area, the patio, and the complimentary beverages. The location is excellent as it is close to the MTR and within walking distance to shops and good neighborhood restaurants. We had to leave Hong Kong early because of the upcoming typhoon and needed help with our travel insurance claim. The staff of Figo was very responsive and helpful!!
