The property has potential, but a lack of attention to detail from management holds it back. The rooms felt unfinished, with large drywall spots left uncovered, paint and caulking splattered, and nightstands not even plugged into the walls. The entryway from the parking garage was left unlocked, which is a security concern. Staff were untrained on how to enter the hotel themselves.
The main entrance on the first floor is inconvenient, accommodating only a few vehicles at a time. Upon entering the lobby, there was no signage to direct guests to the correct elevator, and the first elevator you see had no buttons installed.
I understand the need to start generating revenue, but everything about the stay felt rushed and unprepared. The staff lacked proper training and didn’t seem to care, giving no impression of pride in their work. Additionally, the housekeeping staff were slamming doors all morning, further disrupting the stay.
