Great Hotel - Turn Down The Bar Music Volume

The breakfast was very good. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The music blasting on the 5th floor rooftop bar made our stay on the 4th floor not as pleasant as it should have been. The drink and snack prices in the lobby Suite Shop were very high.

Front Desk was not very good when we checked in. I’ve written to the hotel previous to arrival looking for an upper floor room on the north end of the building. I received a low elevation room on the south end I was told there was nothing else available she was just not very friendly

The hotel was clean and seemed new or remodeled. The area is under heavy construction. The access from the garage to the elevators could be more direct and convenient. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

Need more for kids for breakfast. Pancakes or waffles and whole milk. It was hard to find something my 2 year old grandson would eat. Rooms and bed were very nice but spend a little more on pillows. You girl that work the front desk was wonderful, she went above and beyond to help us.

The parking in the garage was on point as when we were leaving it was pouring rain, so we could load up and avoid the rain. Plus taking the cost of parking $50.00 Thank you!
