Timeshare agent lying in wait for u before u get to check-in desk. Accom was everything we required. 3rd floor a climb for my elderly parents but we managed. Us non-Americans unfamiliar with using coffee maker LOL. No tea, tiny salt shakers.

The evening check-in Women was very helpful. We did not know we had free breakfast and purchased ours and charged it to our room. Maybe you could comp that for us. The grounds and view were the best.
