Room was great … we had a staff member named Jaz who was awful to us 2 different times. We did nothing to her but be polite and kind. It was very upsetting. We have been staying here for 4 years and this is a first. The rest of the staff is AMAZING! They go out of their way to help us. Sorry to say something negative but this was bad.

The room appeared to have been renovated, but it was dirty. While the towels and toilet paper were all fresh, there was a previous occupant's pee on the seat. Not a great first impression.

The room was very clean with a comfortable bed to go with it. Upon checking in, the staff was very courteous and helpful on finding a place to eat nearby. The continental breakfast was very good as well.
