There was no hot water until late the next day after we got there. Limited parking the hotel was very busy. Had a very noisy people next door, did not get much sleep. You can hear you neighbors walls are very thin. I asked for a quiet spot. Did not enjoy our stay at all. Would not go back.

Property looks better on the outside than the inside. It's tired and showing its age inside. The tub in our room was cracked and patched in a couple places...not very inviting. The breakfast also needs some upgrading. On the upside the staff was excellent and the size of the TV was great.

The CheckIn Process was slow And inefficient. The clerk Did not make me feel valued and really could have cared lee if were checked in or not. The morning clerk was the opposite; friendly, attentive and a delight.

Staff were awesome and housekeeping even checked in with us after our first night, we were staying two, to personally ask us if we needed anything. Hot tub was nice but pool was not heated but all in doors. Room was exceptionally clean. The only room for improvement was breakfast was limited to a waffle, fruit, yogurt or a frozen burritto which was not good. Otherwise, great place and we wills stay again!

Very disappointed in this hotel. Pool was dirty & cold & bed was in terrible condition. Very uncomfortable & displeased with the amount of money it was to stay at this property boasting amenities that were both sub par as well as not as advertised (heated pool.)
