This beautiful, modern home, set atop a hill in Tranmere, boasts expansive views over the River Derwent, Hobart City, and the iconic Mount Wellington.
Oceana Views has 2 floors: the first floor has 3 well sized bedrooms with built in wardrobes, plus a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
The second floor houses the large master bedroom facing those gorgeous views, with an en suite and walk-in wardrobe.
The open plan kitchen, living, and dining area opens out onto the large back deck and private garden. The kitchen is spacious and modern, with a kitchen island, oven and gas stove top, toaster, kettle, and even an air fryer.
The dining space overlooks the river and mountain views, and the living room has 2 comfortable sofas and a smart TV.
