I did pay for a good room in the highest floor, they send me to that one next to the elevator, so I’ve dealing with the elevator noise all night, plus the odor in the room was horrible and dirty sheets, wasn’t good experience my staying

The staff was very friendly, made up for the renovation inconvenience. Stephanie at the front desk was exceptional! Breakfast was very nice, restaurant menu was small, but tasty. Room was clean, but attention to detail was missing. Exceptional staff made the best impression.

The original room that I was given was practically on the other side of the hotel the hot water would not work call the front desk and complain and they moved me to a new room on the other side of the hotel which was very much more up-to-date and working well

Location and awesome staff was the highlights of our stay. From check in to housekeeping to breakfast staff, everyone was very nice and approachable. I wish the microwave was available in the room and not have to travel to the front concierge to warm your food. Also the toilets flushing is extremely loud, so much so you can hear your neighbors. Other than that, good stay
