The shuttle drivers are very tip demanding and for that reason the service is poor. They are rude and not close to be respectful. We always give tips for service, but the attitude on these people make me think twice. I am Bomvoy Titanium member and very upset for the treatment my family received.

We didn’t like the fact that after a long arduous flight, we got to the hotel and were assigned to an “accessible” room with only one bedside table, no clothes closet and clogged bathroom sink. *To the hotel’s credit, a repair person came within minutes of calling the front desk to complain and we were moved to a more comfortable and well equipped suite the next day. Overall, this suite hotel is comfortable and desirable. The services are excellent.

Great property close to Dulles airport with airport shuttle. Appeared land smelled like it was recently renovated. Located in a strip mall with lots of dining options. One bed rooms good for small family. Only thing was the ice machines didn’t work. I went to three floors and they were all on but no ice. Finally went downstairs and the bartender helped me fill up my bucket.
